Frequently asked questions

What is the delivery time?

During the pre-order period, all orders will be shipped from May 10th. From that moment on, we will process and ship your order within 2–3 business days. The delivery time will then be 1–3 business days within the Netherlands and 3–7 business days for international shipments.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free. For orders abroad, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Kan ik mijn artikel ruilen?

Ja, je kunt je bestelling één keer gratis omruilen voor een andere maat of een ander artikel. Stuur ons hiervoor zo snel mogelijk een e-mail met je gewenste maat of artikel, zodat we deze direct voor je kunnen reserveren uit onze voorraad.

Bij een omruiling nemen wij de retourkosten van de eerste terugzending voor onze rekening. Daarna gelden de reguliere retourkosten.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return unworn items with the tag still attached within 8 days. Returns are at your own expense. Please contact us via our email address to request a return.

Will sold-out bikinis be back in stock?

Our collections are produced in small, sustainable batches, deliberately limited to reduce waste. Is your size sold out? Then it is unlikely to come back in stock. Sometimes an item reappears due to a return, but be quick because once it's gone, it's gone. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know as soon as your size is available again!

Are your bikinis sustainably produced?

Absolutely. Sustainability is in SEAYA SWIM's DNA. We deliberately choose recycled fabrics and responsible production, so you can enjoy every day by the water without a care in the world.

What are the materials of your bikinis?

Our bikinis are made from sustainable, recycled materials, soft on your skin and on the planet. The Italian fabrics are made from no less than 78% ocean waste. The fabric is chlorine and sun cream resistant and retains its shape and colour, even after frequent use. The ink for the prints is Oeko-Tex® certified. This means that the prints are also manufactured safely and sustainably.

How do I choose the right size?

Our items fit true to size. If you are in doubt between two sizes, choose the larger size for extra comfort. If you have a fuller bust, you should also take one size larger than usual for the top. If you choose a swimsuit, you should also choose one size larger if you are tall.

How do I take good care of my bikini?

Rinse your bikini with cold water after use and let it dry flat in the shade. Avoid using a washing machine and dryer to protect the fabric and print.
